時計のセット方法

① すべての針を12時にセットする

初めにすべての針を12時の位置に合わせてください。
この作業を行わないと、時刻がずれる原因となります。

② 背面のダイヤルを回して現在時刻に合わせる

時計背面の時刻合わせダイヤルを回し、現在時刻に合わせてください。
※針を手で無理に回すと、針のズレや変形の原因となりますのでおやめください。

③ 電池を入れてセッティング完了

電池を正しい向き（＋／－）でセットしてください。

使用電池

・単三マンガン乾電池
・単三アルカリ乾電池

ご注意

・付属の電池は初期動作確認用です。長期間ご使用いただく場合は、新品の電池をご使用ください
・電池をセットする際は、＋／－の向きを正しくご確認ください。
・電池が消耗すると正常に動作しない場合があります。その際は新しい電池へ交換してください。

表面仕上げについて

• 本製品は、本物の金属をめっき加工した表面仕上げです。
• 金属の種類によっては、経年変化による色味の変化や変色が生じる場合があります。素材の特性としてお楽しみください。
• 同じカラー名でも、金属の種類や製造条件により色味に個体差が生じる場合があります。
• お手入れの際は、付属のクロスで乾拭きをしてください。
• 水・洗剤・アルコールなどをご使用になると、変色や劣化の原因となる場合があります。
• 強くこすると、傷や色落ちの原因となるため、やさしく拭いてください。

ご使用上の注意

• 本製品は屋内での使用を想定しています。
• 屋外や高温・多湿など特殊な環境でのご使用はお避けください。金属部分の変色・腐食やムーブメント故障の原因となります。
• 設置の際は、フック・画びょう・金具などが十分に固定されていることをご確認ください。固定が不十分な場合、落下の恐れがあります。

返品・交換をご希望の場合は、商品到着後8日以内にご連絡ください。

• Returns or exchanges due to customer preference.

• Items damaged or soiled by the customer.

Please check the product specifications, dimensions, and intended installation location thoroughly before purchasing.

In the event that the product you received is damaged or defective, we will respond promptly. We will cover the round-trip shipping costs for returns or exchanges due to damage or initial defects.

掛け時計をご購入のお客様には、ご購入日より1年間 の保証が付きます。保証期間内に、取扱説明書に従った正常な使用状態で故障した場合は、無償にて修理または調整いたします。※電池は保証対象外です。

Warranty Information

All wall clocks come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. If the product fails under normal use and in accordance with the provided instruction manual during the warranty period, we will repair or adjust it free of charge.

Note: The battery is not covered under this warranty.

・修理・改造・分解による故障
・火災・地震・水害などの天災による故障

納品書について

環境への配慮およびペーパーレス化推進のため、納品書の同梱を廃止しております。
商品発送後、納品書はメールにてお送りいたします。

①時計を横から見ると針同士が接触している

針同士が接触すると時計が正常に動作しません。
針をやさしく手で調整し、互いに接触しないよう水平に整えてください。

① The clock hands are touching when viewed from the side

If the hands touch each other, the clock will not function properly. Please gently adjust the hands by hand to ensure they are horizontal and do not come into contact with one another.

②針がグラグラする・空回りする

針が正しく固定されていません。
ムーブメント中央の円柱状の軸に、針をまっすぐ押し込んで取り付け直してください。

②The hands feel loose or are spinning freely

The hands are not properly secured. Please push the hands straight onto the cylindrical shaft at the center of the movement to reattach them securely.
